Angiosarcoma of spine is a rare neoplasm derived from vascular endothelium. Synonymous term include hemangiosarcoma and malignant hemangioendothelioma. The authors present the clinical, radiological and pathological features of a patient with
angiosarcoma located in the thoracic spine. The treatment of this case is discussed.
